Youth Business Mentors Needed!
Junior Achievement BC is currently looking for volunteers to mentor our Company Program in North Vancouver beginning in November. The Company Program is JABC's flagship program for Senior High School students in grades 10 to 12. Over sixteen weeks, students will meet with their mentors for a two-hour session each week to learn how to develop a product or service and take it to market. Mentors are supported by our JA office in Vancouver and provided with the necessary training and materials to deliver the program to students.

Our programs focused on financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship give students the skills and confidence they need to become leaders of tomorrow.

Our North Vancouver location at the Elite Educational Institute is in need of three volunteers to mentor our program this year. If you have the time, business expertise and passion to help develop the next generation of business leaders, we want to hear from you! Please call Glenn Dodge, JABC Program Manager for High Schools, at 604.688.3887 extension 222.

Junior Achievement is the world's largest NGO dedicated to educating young people about business. We strive to inspire and prepare youth to succeed in a global economy. We partner with educators, donors and volunteers to bring a real world experience into the classroom.
